Appellant, an inmate at the Missouri State Penitentiary, was convicted by a jury of capital murder, § 565.001, RSMo 1978, for the stabbing death of Walter Farrow, a penitentiary corrections officer. The jury recommended the death penalty pursuant to § 565.008(1). This Court has exclusive appellate jurisdiction. Mo. Const. art. V, § 3. We affirm both the conviction and the sentence of death.
