Appellant, an inmate at the Missouri State Penitentiary, was convicted by a jury of capital murder, Γ§ 565.001, RSMo 1978, for the stabbing death of Walter Farrow, a penitentiary corrections officer. The jury recommended the death penalty pursuant to Γ§ 565.008(1). This Court has exclusive appellate jurisdiction. Mo. Const. art. V, Γ§ 3. We affirm both the conviction and the sentence of death.
